Welcome back stinkers! I wanted to talk about Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery today! Wake Up Dead Man made had a small presence at Netflix’s slate presentation, and a first look was posted by director Rion Johnson on social media.
Wake Up Dead Man First Look Analysis
The picture features the return of the world respected detective Benoit Blanc, played by Daniel Craig. And Josh O’Connor joins Blanc, standing in a cathedral setting. We didn’t get much more information other than the fact that it is slated for a fall release. Fingers crossed that Netflix gets their heads straight and gives the film some sort of theatrical release!
Wake Up Dead Man Story Details
Now what I’m waiting for is to hear what the story details. We know it’s going to take a serious turn from the plots of the first two films. I can’t give much of a guess regarding the plot. However, my guess is that some incident might happen at a funeral. Based off of set photos my guess is that Josh Brolin is some sort of priest, and Josh O’Connor could be of assistance to Benoit Blan! Guys this movie can’t come any sooner!
